These Terms of Service govern the use of Alphalink's call answering and support services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Services
    We provide virtual reception, call answering, call routing, and related business support services. All services are subject to availability and operational capacity.
  2. Payment & Billing
    Services are billed monthly in advance, with no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is based on selected service tiers.
  3. Client Obligations
    Clients must provide accurate business details, up-to-date contact information, and any required call scripts or preferences.
  4. Fair Use
    All services are subject to fair use limits. Excessive call volumes or abuse may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
  5. Liability
    Alphalink will take reasonable steps to ensure accurate call handling. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from errors, missed calls, or third-party service interruptions.
  6. Cancellation
    You may cancel services at any time by giving 7 days' notice in writing to info@alphalinkcall.com.au.
  7. Amendments
    These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
