These Terms of Service govern the use of Alphalink's call answering and support services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms below.
- Services
We provide virtual reception, call answering, call routing, and related business support services. All services are subject to availability and operational capacity. - Payment & Billing
Services are billed monthly in advance, with no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is based on selected service tiers. - Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate business details, up-to-date contact information, and any required call scripts or preferences. - Fair Use
All services are subject to fair use limits. Excessive call volumes or abuse may result in additional charges or suspension of services. - Liability
Alphalink will take reasonable steps to ensure accurate call handling. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from errors, missed calls, or third-party service interruptions. - Cancellation
You may cancel services at any time by giving 7 days' notice in writing to info@alphalinkcall.com.au. - Amendments
These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
